The ten countries qualified for the Eurovision 2023 final, following their performances in the second semi-final, are:
Albania
Cyprus
Estonia
Belgium
Austria
Lithuania
Poland
Australia
Armenia
Slovenia

Romania competed with 15 other countries for a place in the final in Liverpool. The first ten finalists, including Moldova, were decided in the first semi-final, which took place two days ago.

Theodor Andrei "D.G.T. (Off and on)" took the stage third.
