The source writes that the explosion occurred at a two-room apartment located on the third floor, and a strong smell of gas was felt in hall.

40 tenants were evacuated and search and rescue teams were formed. A 62-year-old woman was taken to hospital with facial burns and was intubated.

Several emergency, extinguishing, extrication vehicles and several ambulances are operating on the scene.
