*"The system is very sensitive,"* she conceded to Jurnal TV, emphasising the need for reform. However, she praised most medical workers as *"professionals."* 

Nemerenco expressed optimism about recent changes, claiming, *"People see the reforms are helping hospitals."* She also stressed the presence of sufficient funding, yet highlighted an issue of *"inefficient usage."*

"With enough money, we can raise salaries and improve supplies," she said, detailing plans to restructure staffing models while protecting existing salaries.
