The investor selection process could take at least two years, Andrei Spinu, Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development told a talk show on Exclusiv TV. 

According to the official, the government has met with a large French construction company and Munich Airport officials. 

The government promises transparency in the process. The process may be completed after the next parliamentary elections.
