Applications can be submitted starting Monday, September 15. The Central Electoral Commission informs voters that they can request to vote from their place of residence starting two weeks before polling day until 2:00 p.m. on the day before the elections. Requests must be made in writing, and a medical certificate will be required on the final day of submissions. Individuals who are unable to travel to the polling station to submit their request in person can have a family member, social worker, or community social worker submit it on their behalf. Requests can also be signed electronically and sent to the official email address of the electoral authority. The parliamentary elections are scheduled for September 28, and the ballots will include 23 electoral competitors, which consist of four electoral blocs and four independent candidates. According to the CEC decision, the order of electoral competitors on the ballots will be as follows: 1. Action and Solidarity Party 2. Democracy at Home Party 3. Coalition for Unity and Welfare Party 4 . Independent candidate Andrei Năstase 5. Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe Party 6. Independent candidate Olesea Stamate 7.
