President Nicușor Dan has officially convened a new round of consultations at Cotroceni Palace for Tuesday, June 23, to appoint a new prime minister. This initiative aims to address the current political stalemate following the resignation of Eugen Tomac and the failure of Adrian Veștea to secure a parliamentary majority.

The discussions, held under Article 103 of the Romanian Constitution, involve all parliamentary political parties. The schedule begins at 1:00 PM with the Social Democratic Party (PSD) and proceeds through the afternoon with major and minor parliamentary groups, concluding with independent parliamentarians at 6:00 PM.
