**Human oversight remains essential**

Industry professionals emphasize that automation enhances efficiency rather than replacing human judgment. Tech companies are actively leveraging AI to speed up operations while keeping critical decision-making in human hands.

*"A workday without AI is hard to imagine now,"** says Oleg Alcaz, an IT sales manager. *"In market analysis and product positioning, AI saves us up to six months of research and data searching."*

Data analyst Liliana Spătari relies on autonomous AI agents to manage complex workflows. *"The task list is defined by the management team and agreed upon in advance. The AI agent simply executes the assigned project steps,"* she explains.

**Expanding into high-value sectors**

The demand for AI-literate professionals is reshaping the local job market. Industry leaders view the technological shift as a catalyst for new high-skilled roles focused on AI management, implementation, and maintenance.

*"AI will create its own job market,"* states Sergiu Plăcintă, Director of International Operations. *"Like every technological revolution, it brings fresh opportunities. We just need to stay ahead of the wave."*

Beyond software development—where 79% of firms use AI for coding and testing, and 63% for content creation—the technology is spreading into specialized verticals.

*"We see active AI integration across fintech, gaming, healthtech, and the creative industries,"* notes Marina Bzovîi, Administrator of MITP. *"Virtually all companies are now working with AI to transform client solutions."*
