# Police seek missing 16-year-old girl; she left home and her phone is off

> A 16-year-old girl from Chișinău is missing. Police contacted her by phone, but after the call, she hung up, and her whereabouts remain unknown.

A 16-year-old girl from Chișinău is missing. Police contacted her by phone, but after the call, she hung up, and her whereabouts remain unknown.

According to preliminary police information, the girl left her home heading in an unknown direction on Tuesday, September 22, around 4:00 PM.

The capital's police are asking the public for help locating the minor.

When she left, the teenager was wearing black sportswear. She has dark brown hair, brown eyes, stands approximately 1.60 meters tall, and has a slender build.

Anyone with information regarding the minor's whereabouts is asked to call the 112 emergency service or contact the Centru Police Inspectorate.

"Any information can help locate the minor and ensure her safe return home," the General Police Inspectorate informs.
