Natalia Gavrilița: "We are determined to ensure all conditions for corrupt politicians to be investigated"
The authorities are determined to ensure all the conditions for corrupt politicians to be investigated, said Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilița, following the announcement that Great Britain is sanctioning Vladimir Plahotniuc and Ilan Şor. According to her, the circle around the corrupt in the Republic of Moldova is tightening, and the government will continue efforts to fight corruption by intervening in the national legislation.

"We are determined to ensure all conditions for corrupt politicians to be investigated. I want the Republic of Moldova to develop faster and become a country where European values and standards are lived. I know that we still have a long way to go, and an essential condition is to eradicate corruption at any level," said the prime minister.
We remind you that Moldovan citizens Vladimir Plahotniuc and Ilan Shor, fugitives from Moldovan justice, were sanctioned today by the British Government under the Anti-corruption Sanctions Regulation in Great Britain.
