The first Black Sea Region Security Conference will take place under the aegis of the International Crimean Platform, which is a Ukrainian initiative launched in August 2021 in Kiev with the aim of strengthening the policy of non-recognition of the illegal annexation of the Crimean peninsula.
The first Trilateral took place in September 2022 in Odessa and was attended by energy ministers and representatives of energy companies from the three countries. After the trilateral meeting, the foreign and defence ministers of Romania, Moldova and Ukraine will hold a joint press conference.
