Slovakia transferred 13 MiG fighter jets to Ukraine
Slovakia's Defence Ministry has announced the transfer of all promised MiG-29 fighter jets to Ukraine, reports Rador.

"The transfer was made under conditions of maximum possible security. I express my gratitude to all participants, because in such cases this is a complex and really important logistical operation," Slovak Defence Minister Yaroslav Nad said.
On 22 March, the Slovak Ministry of Defence reported that Ukrainian specialists are carrying out work on the acceptance of MiG-29 fighter jets, which are being transferred to Kiev.
On 23 March, the CTK news agency reported the transfer of the first four of 13 fighter jets withdrawn from the country's air force last year.
According to Russia's Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation, this is a serious violation of Slovakia's international commitments on the re-export of Russian-made weapons.
