Drone attack on Odessa region. No casualties reported
On the night of 19 April, the Russians launched a drone attack in the Odessa region. Ukrainian defenders destroyed 10 out of 12 drones. According to preliminary information, no casualties were recorded, Ukrainskaya Pravda reported.
An infrastructure object was hit, according to the head of the regional military administration Iurii Kruk.
"Thanks to the successful work of our defence forces, most of the enemy's drones were destroyed, but with regret one object of public infrastructure was hit," the Odessa administration said.
Last night, air raid sirens sounded in the Odessa region. Residents say they heard explosions.
The night before, the Ukrainian armed forces announced that they had shot down seven drones in the Zaporozhye and Nipru regions, including six "Shaheds".
