SIS: Three more portals promoting false information will be shut down
The Information and Security Service (SIS) announces that three more portals in the Republic of Moldova that "promote false information in the field affecting national security" will be blocked.
According to the Order of the Director of SIS, Alexandru Musteață, signed on Thursday, 20 April, network and/or electronic communication service providers have been informed to block, under the conditions of the law, immediate access by users in the Republic of Moldova to online content sources politnavigator.net, politnavigator.news and news-front.info.
Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, the SIS has asked network and/or electronic communications service providers to block a number of sites that were writing and distributing false and hateful information.
