14 judges are willing to work temporarily at the SCJ
14 judges have applied for temporary transfer to the Supreme Court of Justice. The list was made public today by the Superior Council of Magistracy.
On 10 April, the SCM announced a public competition for the temporary replacement by transfer of 12 vacant posts of judge at the Supreme Court of Justice, "in order to ensure the proper functioning of the institution (SCJ) and the examination of cases within reasonable time limits". The term of the temporary transfer has been set for 6 months and may be reviewed.
According to the SCM, the competition for the temporary transfer of vacant posts of judges at the Supreme Court of Justice will take place on 3-4 May.
