The National Army received three more Piranha armoured personnel carriers
Three more "Piranha-3 H" armoured personnel carriers have been delivered to the National Army, announces the Ministry of Defence. They are part of the batch of 19 military vehicles donated by Germany earlier this year.
The first units arrived in the Republic of Moldova in early January, while the others, according to the ministry, will arrive later this year.
The batch of military equipment was donated on the basis of an agreement signed in 2021 and will be used in the training of military personnel who will be deployed in international peacekeeping missions.
