According to the official, these actions are visible from the moment the Chisinau authorities submitted to Brussels the application for our country's accession to the EU bloc.

"We see very clearly this determination of the authorities of the Republic of Moldova to advance on the European path as quickly as possible. We have seen concrete actions that the Government and the Parliament have undertaken to reform the areas that have been highlighted by the European Commission as problematic, because you know there are problems in several sectors that the country must solve. But we see that from the moment you submitted your application for joining the European Union, the Republic of Moldova has invested a lot of effort to provide all the necessary information, to take all the necessary steps in carrying out these reforms, and sometimes we even have to slow you down because for us it's not only important that you take these steps, but it's important that it's a well-designed process," the ambassador said.

The EU ambassador in Chisinau, Janis Mazeiks, also said that at the Summit of the European Political Community, which will take place on June 1 in our country, important issues will be discussed not only for the Republic of Moldova, but also for the entire European continent. According to him, through this Summit, the Republic of Moldova would obtain more support for its own goal of European integration.
