IGP: Officials, MPs and public dignitaries violated the Contraventions Code at the May 9 demonstrations

180 persons, participating in the demonstrations on 9 May, violated the Contravention Code of the Republic of Moldova. Of these, 16 were officials, 9 deputies and 5 public dignitaries from ATU Gagauzia, the General Police Inspectorate (IGP) announced.

At the same time, law enforcement officers have drawn up 15 minutes, 9 people were summoned and 7 were heard. The rest will be summoned to the police for documentation.

The police also announced that more than 43 thousand people participated in the demonstrations dedicated to May 9 in over 500 locations.

ANRE postpones the meeting at which it was to decide on the new gas tariff
