Romania did not qualify for the Eurovision 2023 Final. Theodor Andrei, with the song "D.G.T. (Off and on)", failed to pass the second semi-final of the music contest, held on Thursday evening in Liverpool, in Great Britain, reports Hotnews.ro.

The ten countries qualified for the Eurovision 2023 final, following their performances in the second semi-final, are: Albania Cyprus Estonia Belgium Austria Lithuania Poland Australia Armenia Slovenia

Romania competed with 15 other countries for a place in the final in Liverpool. The first ten finalists, including Moldova, were decided in the first semi-final, which took place two days ago.
