.Ukraine's military says it has repelled a new drone attack on Kiev
The civil and military administration of Kiev announced on Saturday that it repelled a new attack by Russian drones on the Ukrainian capital, which was targeted during the night, but that debris fell on Kiev, without causing casualties at this stage, reports France Presse, cited by Agerpres .

"Last night, the aggressor carried out a new massive attack with drones," wrote on the Telegram channel the head of the civil and military administration of Kyiv, Serhi Popko.
"All detected aerial targets were shot down by the city's air defense," he assured, adding that according to preliminary information, the drones were of the Shahed type.
"Kiev was not hit at all!" he said, adding that debris fell on the capital, notably causing a fire - which has since been extinguished - on the roof of a residential building in the Dniprovski district. The fire did not cause victims, Popko also said.
At 0.45 local time (21.45 GMT Friday), the Ukrainian military announced that the Shahed drones were heading towards the Kiev region.
Explosions were reported there by the authorities, as well as in the regions of Chernihiv (north-center) and Mariupol (south-east). Air defense systems remain active in the Kyiv and Chernihiv regions, according to the Ukrainian military.
