"Marcel Budală" National Festival of Instrumental Performance, 3rd edition
Time spent at cultural events continues to grow. These include the "Marcel Budală" National Festival of Instrumental Performance. The organizers of the Festival mention that this event is of major importance for our national culture and for the promotion of Romanian national folklore.
The "Marcel Budală" National Festival of Instrumental Interpretation, organized by writer and musician Mihai Doloton, has reached its third edition and will take place at the "Stefan Neaga" Centre of Excellence in Artistic Education in Chisinau.
Students from music schools in the Republic of Moldova, divided into three categories according to age criteria, will perform works from the repertoire of the great Romanian accordionist Marcel Budală.
The jury will be made up of well-known personalities/specialists in the field such as:
Edgar Ștefăneț - People's Artist, Emeritus Artist of the Republic of Moldova, conductor and accordionist of the Folk Music and Dance Ensemble "Fluieraș", president of the jury.
Vasile Rusu - People's Artist, Master of Arts, Accordionist of the Folk Music Orchestra "Folklore".
Arsenie Pauliuc - Composer, Accordionist, soloist - professional instrumentalist.
Maria Constantin - accordion and folk singing teacher at the School of Art in Bucharest (Romania), laureate of several Instrumental Interpretation Festivals in the country and abroad.
Vitalie Vataman - accordion teacher, soloist - professional instrumentalist, laureate of several National Competitions of Instrumental Interpretation.
Sergiu Mîrzac - accordion teacher at the Centre of Excellence in Artistic Education "Ștefan Neaga" in Chisinau, Artist of the accordion ensemble "Concertino accordion band", member of the World Confederation of Accordionists, PhD student at the Doctoral School of the Academy of Music, Theatre and Fine Arts in Chisinau.
Eugen Duminica - accordion teacher, soloist - professional instrumentalist, laureate of several National Competitions of Instrumental Interpretation.
Depending on the results obtained, the laureates will receive diplomas, medals and the volumes "Melodii populare pentru acordeon" and "Viața și activitatea lui Marcel Budală" signed by Mihai Doloton.
