Marko Shevchenko: Following the EPC Summit, Ukraine could get international support

Following the European Political Community Summit, Ukraine could get international, military and economic support from external partners, Ukrainian Ambassador to Chisinau Marko Shevchenko told Radio Moldova.

According to the diplomat, the war in Ukraine will end only if the Russian Federation withdraws its armies from all occupied territories.

"It is a part of international efforts that are being carried out in recent months by the Ukrainian president. As for gaining national, military, economic support from our partners in Europe, Western America, all over the world to find new solutions and to strengthen our positions against Russian aggression," said Marko Shevchenko.

Marko Shevchenko also pointed out that at the plenary session of the European Political Community Summit, most European leaders condemned the Russian Federation's military aggression in Ukraine and the spread of the hybrid war in the Republic of Moldova, assuring the two countries of their full support in the process of accession to the European Union.
