The Republic of Moldova has obtained membership in the Committee for Tourism and Competitiveness
The Republic of Moldova has been elected as a member state in the Tourism and Competitiveness Committee for the years 2023-2027. The decision was taken at the 68th meeting of the World Tourism Organisation's Commission for Europe, held in Bulgaria.
According to the Ministry of Culture, joining this structure will bring numerous benefits to the tourism industry in our country.
"The work in the committee will also help us to identify effective strategies and initiatives to promote our national tourism offer, attract investment and provide quality tourism services," says the Ministry of Culture.
The 69th meeting of the UNWTO Commission for Europe will take place in 2024 in Albania.
