Airlines from Poland, Romania, Hungary and Ireland could operate flights from and to Chisinau, Prime Minister Dorin Recean announced.
According to him, discussions are currently being held with several international and local companies to be able to supplement the routes. There are discussions with "Lot", "Tarom", "Wizz Air" and with "Ryanair" and the Executive is close to a solution.
Also, the head of the Government concluded that, lately, there has been a gradual increase in the routes that take off and land in Chisinau.
Asked about "Air Moldova" company, which announced that it is closing its headquarters, and flights remain suspended until June 30, the prime minister replied that it "must bear the responsibility for the frauds committed".
