Border Police: 22 persons refused entry to Moldova
In the last 24 hours, 22 persons have been refused permission to cross the state border into the Republic of Moldova, the Border Police announced. Also during this period, more than 58 thousand people crossed the border of the Republic of Moldova, most of them foreign citizens: 31,201.
Crossings by Moldovan citizens amounted to 30,286. The most "active" border, according to the source, was with Romania - 32,946 crossings, with 17,215 crossings at the Moldovan-Ukrainian border and another 8,477 crossings - air border.
With reference to border crossings by Ukrainian citizens, a total number of 13,115 crossings was recorded, of which 6,778 - on the way into Moldova. At the same time, the number of crossings by Ukrainian minors was 2,258.
