Farmers can receive subsidies for investment projects to improve soil quality

Farmers can apply for subsidies for soil quality improvement projects from Monday 12 June, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry announces.

Applications can be submitted until 21 July this year to the territorial branch of the Agency for Intervention and Payments for Agriculture in the area where the applicant will carry out the investment.

Land owners can obtain state support for the recovery and control of soil erosion, chemical soil improvement, and the conservation and improvement of soil fertility.
