The Republic of Moldova will benefit from non-refundable assistance in the amount of 40 million euros to strengthen the resilience of the state and society
The Parliament ratified the Financing Agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the European Commission regarding the "EU Resilience and Governance" Program, signed on May 11, 2023.
The agreement provides for the provision of non-reimbursable assistance, in the amount of 40 million euros, from the European Commission to strengthen the resilience of the state and society, socio-economic recovery, with a special focus on good governance, stability and peace, as well as to provide everyone opportunities favorable to inclusion.
The agreement is part of the 2022 Annual Action Plan of the European Union for the Republic of Moldova, the implementation period being 2023-2026.
