Almost 30 people were refused entry to the Republic of Moldova
29 people were refused entry to the Republic of Moldova in the last 24 hours, the Border Police announces. In total, the border was crossed by 61,209 people, most of whom were foreign citizens, 34,313.
The most "active" border was with Romania, where 35,929 crossings were registered, 16,342 crossings were reported at the Moldovan-Ukrainian border and another 8,938 crossings by plane.
With reference to the crossing of the border by the citizens of Ukraine, a total number of 15,223 crossings were recorded, of which 7,816 were in the direction of entry into Moldova. At the same time, there were reports 2,759 crossings of Ukrainian minors.
Also in the last 24 hours, the police registered several contraventions, such as an illegal crossing of the border, violation of the regime of crossing points and border areas, forged documents, violation of the period of stay and violation of the rules for the use of the vignette and exploitation of vehicles.
