Romanian Minister of Foreign Affairs: Romanian Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu will soon come to the Republic of Moldova

Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu will soon come to the Republic of Moldova, after the private visit of the Moldovan Prime Minister, Dorin Recean, to Bucharest last week. The announcement was made by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Romania, Luminița Odobescu, during a press conference held in Chisinau jointly with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova, Nicu Popescu.

"It is my first visit outside of Romania since I had taken over the mandate, a few days ago, which is not accidental. In fact, it is the continuation of a tradition and a reconfirmation of the special, particularly close and deep relationship between Romania and the Republic of Moldova. I am also here in preparation for the visit of the Prime Minister of Romania, who will soon come to Chisinau, together with the president of the Senate from Romania", said Luminița Odobescu.

We remind that Luminița Odobescu is on her first visit to Chișinău since she assumed the mandate in the new government office in Bucharest. Yesterday, she had a meeting with President Maia Sandu, with whom she discussed the European integration of the Republic of Moldova and cooperation with Romania.

On June 17, Prime Minister Dorin Recean paid a visit to Bucharest.

We remind that Dorin Recean is the first head of government that Marcel Ciolacu discussed with after his inauguration as Prime Minister of Romania.
