Air operators of the United Arab Emirates will be able to transport passengers from the Republic of Moldova to other third countries
Air operators from the Republic of Moldova and those from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will be able to transport passengers from the two countries to other third countries. In this sense, a bilateral Agreement was recently signed on the 5th freedom of the air for the transport of passengers and cargo, informs the Civil Aviation Authority (AAC).

"During an official visit to the UAE, the Secretary of State for Transport, from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development, Mircea Păscăluță, together with officials from the Civil Aviation Authority, signed the Memorandum of Understanding on the 5th freedom of the air for transport of passengers and cargo", states the Ministry of Infrastructure. According to the AAC, this will stimulate lower air ticket prices and increase the number of routes and destinations and attract new airlines.
