The US spoke with G7 leaders and the EU foreign policy chief about the situation in Russia
US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on Saturday he had spoken to G7 foreign ministers and EU foreign affairs chief Josep Borrell after fighters from Russia's private military group Wagner seized control in during the night, on the headquarters of the Russian army in Rostov-on-Don, in the south of Russia, reports Rador.
"The United States will remain in close coordination with its allies and partners as the situation continues to develop," Antony Blinken tweeted.
