Foreigners who do not meet the conditions for entry into the Republic of Moldova will be taken by carriers to the boarding point
Carriers who have brought to the Republic of Moldova foreigners who do not meet the conditions for entering the territory of the country have the obligation to ensure their transportation to the place of embarkation or to another place that foreigners accept and where they are accepted. A provision in this sense is contained in the decision of the Commission for Emergency Situations.
Thus, the transportation of foreigners not accepted in Moldova is to be ensured within a period not exceeding 24 hours from the moment of issuing the decision to refuse entry to the Republic of Moldova. The carrier is obliged to bear maintenance expenses, as well as all expenses related to the return of foreigners. Earlier the Border Police said they had indications that many Ukrainian citizens will want to return home to Ukraine for the holidays. In this context, he informed them that they must complete the necessary documents in the diplomatic missions of Ukraine in order to transit the Republic of Moldova.
