Transporters who bring foreigners not accepted to the Republic of Moldova, obliged to take them to the place of embarkation

Transporters who bring to the Republic of Moldova foreigners who do not meet the conditions for entering the territory of the country are obliged to ensure their transportation to the place of embarkation or in another place where foreigners accept and are accepted.

A provision in this sense is contained in the decision of the Commission for Exceptional Situations (CSE), reports IPN.

According to the CSE, the transportation of foreigners not accepted in the Republic of Moldova is to be ensured within a period not exceeding 24 hours from the moment of issuing the decision to refuse entry to our country. At the same time, the carrier is obliged to bear maintenance expenses, as well as all expenses related to the return of foreigners.
