Deputies have a plenary session

Parliament will convene today a plenary session, starting at 10:00. On the agenda are several draft laws, as well as the hearing of two reports.

Thus, the deputies will examine the draft law for denouncing the Agreement on technical barriers in the free trade area, signed in Moscow on June 20, 2000, as well as the draft law on the Center for Strategic Communication and Combating Disinformation and the modification of some normative acts.

On the agenda is also the examination of the project regarding the implementation of some considerations contained in the Constitutional Court Decision no. 10/2023 regarding the control of the constitutionality of the Political Party "Şor".

The deputies will also hear the Report of the Central Electoral Commission for the year 2022 on the financing of political parties and electoral campaigns and the Report on the observance of human rights and freedoms in the Republic of Moldova in 2022.

The distribution system operators within the “Moldovagaz” group have submitted to the National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE) proposals for amending the Investment Program for 2025 and the Network Development Plan. The initiative provides for the connection of several localities in the Security Zone and on the right bank of the Nistru to the natural gas distribution network.
