The moldovan President referred in particular to infrastructure and economic integration projects to increase the volume of investment and trade. Maia Sandu also said that our country relies on Romania for the interconnection of electrical energy systems. "We want to start the construction of the Ungheni-Ungheni bridge as soon as possible and make the Leova-Bumbăta bridge operational. We want to simplify road connections, and thus also those between people", declared the head of state. At the same time, the head of state expressed her gratitude for Romania's quick and unconditional response to help our country overcome the energy crisis, noting that the deliveries of electricity and fuel during this critical period were very important. She also thanked for the direct budget support of ten million euros, granted through the Support Platform for Moldova. We remind you that the head of Romanian diplomacy paid a working visit to the Republic of Moldova on December 19.
