Kazakhstan ready to pipe crude to Germany

Germany has announced that it will import oil from Kazakhstan, rejecting any speculation that it would buy oil from Russia in early 2023, reports Bloomberg.

German officials recently said they planned to end Russian oil imports by the end of 2022. But those statements were called into question after the CEO of the company that owns Russia's oil pipeline network said it had received requests for delivery of Russian oil in the first quarter of 2023.
