Vladimir Andronachi was released from house arrest
Former democratic deputy Vladimir Andronachi was released from house arrest. At the same time, the preventive measure "personal guarantee" was applied to him. The decision was pronounced by the magistrates of the Buiucani Court, at the request of four guarantors, informs the Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office.
Vladimir Andronachi was detained on November 2, 2022, in Ukraine, and was extradited to the Republic of Moldova.
The former democratic deputy is accused of leading the attempt to dispossess the real estate where the Consulate of the Republic of Moldova in Odesa is based. Also, the Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office announced that, in the Bank Fraud file, the prosecutors sent the criminal case against Andronachi to court.
Andronachi is also accused in the "Metalferos" case, of creating an organized criminal group, fraud and money laundering in particularly large proportions.
