IGM to implement modern information system for online services

The General Inspectorate for Migration (IGM) will implement a new information system that will allow users to access its services online.

The system, which is being developed in accordance with the Government's Action Plan for 2023, will also reduce the time needed to process files and improve the quality of services provided to foreigners, natural and legal persons.

The system will be interconnected with other databases, which will allow for the digitization of processes and the sharing of information. This will make it easier for users to access the services they need and will also help the IGM to better manage its operations.

The new system is expected to be implemented in the coming months.
