Prime Minister Dorin Recean visits Kiev

Prime Minister Dorin Recean will visit the Ukrainian capital of Kiev from August 22-24. A decree to this effect was published in the Official Gazette today.

The Prime Minister will be accompanied to Kiev by Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry Vladimir Bolea, Minister of Energy Victor Parlicov and Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development Andrei Spînu.

The agenda of the visit includes talks with his Ukrainian counterpart, Denys Shmyhal, on bilateral cooperation in the economic, energy and infrastructure sectors.

Her salary dropped to 244,931 lei from 263,407 lei in 2023. However, her daily allowances for foreign trips increased by about 5,000 lei, and reached a total of 100,176 lei.

The State Hydrometeorological Service (SHS) has announced a Yellow Code warning due to a significant drop in temperatures across the country, effective January 11. Meteorologists predict that the average daily air temperature will decrease by 5-7°C starting on that date.
