Applications submitted by citizens on the compensatii.gov.md website. They will be examined until November 30, and in the following days people will find out in which category of energy vulnerability they have been assigned.

In the invoices for the month of November, the compensations for electricity, natural gas and thermal energy will be included, the spokeswoman of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, Diana Blănaru, told Radio Moldova. According to her, all citizens will receive compensation, only that the degree of vulnerability will be calculated according to the financial status of each family.
Citizens who did not apply for compensation on the compensatii.gov.md website will receive average vulnerability compensation for the month of November, and if they do not register in this information system, in the following months they will receive compensation for the low vulnerability category, stated Diana Blanaru.

Citizens will receive compensation according to the category of energy vulnerability. The state will partially compensate up to 180 ㎥ of gas per month, for consumers connected to the centralised thermal network up to 1.3 Gcal, and up to 75 kw/hour of electricity, for the most disadvantaged groups.
The maximum compensated volume for natural gas will be 180 ㎥/month. The final tariff paid by consumers for each cubic metre of gas will be 12 lei for those with very high vulnerability; 14 lei - high vulnerability; 17 lei - medium vulnerability and 24 lei will pay citizens with low vulnerability.
Consumption above the maximum ceiling will be paid based on the current rate - 29.27 lei per ㎥. For centralised thermal energy: the maximum compensated volume will be 1.3 Gcal/month. The final tariff per Gcal paid by consumers will be 1,450 lei for those with very high vulnerability; 1,700 lei high vulnerability; 1,950 lei average vulnerability and 2,500 lei will pay citizens with low vulnerability. Consumption above the maximum compensated volume will be paid based on the current tariff – 2,854 lei per Gcal without VAT in Chisinau and 3,052 in Balti.
The maximum compensated ceiling of electricity will be 75 kilowatts/hour. The final tariff paid by consumers per kilowatt/hour will be 3.3 lei - for those with very high vulnerability 3 point 7 lei for those with high vulnerability.
