Moldova: Belgium to open embassy in capital

The Kingdom of Belgium will open an embassy in the Republic of Moldova. The inauguration of the new embassy will take place tomorrow, September 6, at 3:20 p.m., at the National Business Center.

The event will be attended by Belgian Foreign Minister Hadja Lahbib and Moldovan Foreign Minister Nicu Popescu.

Currently, Belgium's embassy in Moldova is located in Bucharest, Romania.

Lahbib is visiting Chisinau and will meet with Popescu. The two ministers will hold a press conference tomorrow, beginning at 1:30 p.m.
