Cleaning the justice sector of corruption will continue, Maia Sandu assured at a meeting with foreign ambassadors accredited in Chisinau

Despite the challenges, cleaning the justice sector of corruption will continue, said President Maia Sandu at a meeting with the heads of missions of the member states of the European Union, accredited in the Republic of Moldova. The head of state reaffirmed the firm commitment to continue reforms that improve the lives of citizens and that help us move forward in the country's European path.

The head of state also appreciated the contribution of the partner countries to the Support Platform for Moldova. In the discussions, Maia Sandu thanked the diplomats for the support given by the governments they represent and the institutions of the European Union for their contribution in managing the multiple crises facing our country.

"The support of the EU helps us to be with the citizens in these complicated times", noted the president.

This fall, on October 17, Moldova's support platform will meet in Chisinau. Within this, the Moldovan authorities will discuss with the development partners about the needs and external aid for the Republic of Moldova in the next period.
