Ukraine, Poland to meet to discuss grain export dispute
Ukraine and Poland will hold talks in the coming days to resolve a dispute over the export of Ukrainian grain through Poland, the Ukrainian Ministry of Agriculture said on Thursday.
The dispute has been brewing for weeks, with Poland saying that it is not equipped to handle the large volume of grain that Ukraine is trying to export. Ukraine has accused Poland of blocking its exports, which could have a devastating impact on global food security.
In a statement, the Ukrainian Ministry of Agriculture said that the two countries have agreed to find a solution that "takes into account the interests of both countries."
