Maia Sandu, in Granada: I call on leaders to fight against disinformation
The President of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu, arrived at the third edition of the European Political Community Summit in Granada, Kingdom of Spain. "Russia continues to try to attack the democratic process in the Republic of Moldova and to prevent the European integration process of the Republic of Moldova. But we have strong friends, including here today. I will appeal to the leaders to fight against disinformation, against propaganda, to fight against those who are used by Russia to undermine our democracies and states", said Maia Sandu.
The head of state is going to discuss with her counterparts and the leaders of the European institutions about the challenges on the continent, but also about the accession of the Republic of Moldova to the European Union and the reforms within the community bloc.
