According to the Bulgarian government press service, European Commission Vice President Margaritis Schinas, European Commissioner for Transport Adina Vălean, and Moldovan Minister of Energy Victor Parlicov will also be present.

The discussions will focus on the project of a corridor from Thessaloniki through Kavala, Alexandroupolis, Burgas, and Varna to Constanța, with the possibility of extending to Moldova. The goal is to develop a modern infrastructure for transport, communications, and energy to stimulate economic and political ties between the involved countries.
