Moldova condemns Hamas terrorist attacks, mourns loss of Moldovan citizen
The Republic of Moldova has expressed its solidarity with Israel and the Israeli people, and has condemned the terrorist attacks carried out by Hamas. The statement was made by Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu.
Grosu also announced that the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova in Israel had received the tragic news of the death of a 35-year-old Moldovan citizen, who was one of the victims of the terrorist attack carried out by terrorists who infiltrated from the Gaza Strip.
“We offer our sincere condolences to the grieving family in these difficult times,” the Parliament Speaker's statement said.
