“The agenda includes a panel discussion to be attended by Prime Minister Dorin Recean, which will be titled ‘Development Priorities in a Crisis Context for Moldova,’” Voda said. “Previously, Prime Minister Recean announced that two dimensions will be discussed at this platform: the infrastructure fund, and the creation of the renewable energy fund, which will allow us to accelerate the transition to green energy and ensure the energy independence of our country. There will also be thematic roundtable sessions where, among other things, economic recovery stimulation and all regional disturbances affecting Moldova will be discussed.”

The Support Platform for Moldova is an initiative of Romania, Germany, and France that aims to mobilise political, technical, and financial support from developed countries for the country. The first ministerial conference of the Support Platform for Moldova took place in Germany in April 2022. The second was held in Bucharest on July 15, and the last was held in France in November 2022.
