President Maia Sandu to visit Czech Republic for official visit

President Maia Sandu of Moldova will visit the Czech Republic from October 15-17 at the invitation of her counterpart, President Petr Pavel.

in Prague, Sandu will be welcomed by the Czech president.

At Prague Castle, the two heads of state will deliver speeches at the opening of the 27th Forum 2000 Conference, the Czech presidential administration said in a statement.

Later, the two leaders will discuss cooperation between democratic countries in the face of growing challenges. The head of state will visit the Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic and meet with Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala.

Energocom announced the average purchase price of electricity in the first 10 days of 2025

In the first 10 days of the year, a total of about 137 thousand MWh was purchased, at the weighted average price of 110.83 euros/MWh. This price is double the supply price of the Cuciurgan Power Plant (66 USD/MWh).
