Promoting the rights of Romanians in Ukraine and signing important bilateral agreements - the objectives of the Romanian Prime Minister's visit to Kiev

Romanian Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu will participate on Wednesday in the first joint meeting of the Governments of Romania and Ukraine, together with several members of the Cabinet and experts from the fields of defense, agriculture, transport, energy, internal affairs, health, hosted in Kiev, announces the Executive from Bucharest.

"The visit to Kiev has two clear objectives - the promotion of the rights of Romanians in Ukraine and the signing of important bilateral agreements, which lay the foundations for a more applied collaboration in several sectors. Ukraine can count on Romania now and in the long term because we have the capacity to become a logistical support center for the reconstruction of this country," emphasized Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu, according to the official press release from Bucharest.

The Head of the Romanian Executive will have meetings with the President of Ukraine, Volodîmîr Zelenski, with the Ukrainian Prime Minister, Denys Shmyhal and with the President of the Supreme Rada, Ruslan Stefanchuk.
