According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration (MAEIE), the frequency of flights will be four times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, at favorable prices.
"The agreement with the airline company "Arkia" is a result of the efforts of the authorities to help Moldovan citizens in Israel and the Gaza Strip", reports the MAEIE.
We remind you that due to the large number of citizens who want to return to the country from Israel, the Moldovan authorities have negotiated with two airlines the operation of Chisinau-Tel Aviv flights.
Recently, during the "Zi de Zi" show on Radio Moldova, our country's ambassador to Israel, Alexandr Roitman, stated that plane tickets from Tel-Aviv to Chisinau are in demand and are selling very quickly, and the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova in Israel will ask the Chisinau authorities to supplement the number of races.
According to official data, there are officially 13 thousand Moldovans in Israel, but unofficially their number exceeds 20 thousand.
