A delegation from Norway has arrived in Chisinau: Energy security and the European path of the Republic of Moldova, on the agenda of discussions
A delegation from the Norwegian Foreign Affairs and Defence Commission will be in Chisinau until 21 November. The Norwegian parliamentarians will have meetings with the country's leadership - President Maia Sandu, the President of the Parliament, Igor Grosu, and the Prime Minister Dorin Recean.
The agenda of the visit also includes discussions with the President of the Foreign Policy and European Integration Commission, Doina Gherman, and the President of the National Security, Defense and Public Order Commission, Lilian Carp.
At the Government, the deputies from Norway will meet with the Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Serebrian, the Minister of Energy, Victor Parlicov, the Minister of Internal Affairs, Adrian Efros, the Minister of Education and Research, Dan Perciun, and with Vladimir Cuc, State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration.
Meetings are also planned with the head of the EU Delegation in the Republic of Moldova, Jānis Mažeiks, and with representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
Deputies from the Storting of the Kingdom of Norway will be in the Republic of Moldova between November 19 and November 21. The topics of the discussion are energy security and the European path of the Republic of Moldova.
